My 100% satisfaction guarantee means you can purchase my meat with confidence.
If you are not happy with any product you receive from me, please contact me and I will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs). Unfortunately, seven days after the dispatch of your product we are unable to replace or credit the goods. Cancellation Policy
Please note that I am not obliged by New Zealand Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please choose carefully.
