Hey – My name is Georgie Moleta and I am a dual butcher in my hometown of Takaka, New Zealand.

Dual butchery means that I process home kill & retail meat grown in Golden Bay.

My passion for butchery originally come from when I was growing up on the farm and hunting with my dad from a young age. 

I have been taught by numerous butchers with different styles of butchery and I believe I have taken knowledge from all of these to build my business and offer my own unique style of butchery, cuts & flavours.

I love teaching people with the same passion for food & meat as I do and I offer a range of master classes held at my butchery in golden bay.
